Vivosun Return Policy

At Vivosun, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please carefully read our return policy below.

All returns of Vivosun products must be approved in advance by Vivosun's customer support team at official@vivosun.com.

Product Inspection

Before installing or assembling your product, please follow these steps upon receiving your order:

Upon Delivery: Check the shipping box for any damage. If damaged, do not accept the delivery. Inform the courier and contact our customer service immediately for a replacement.

After Opening: Verify that the product name and model number match your order confirmation. If there's a discrepancy, contact our customer service immediately.

Returns and Exchanges

At Vivosun, products may be returned within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, provided the following conditions are met:

Unopened in original packaging:
Extended return period of 30 days from the date of receipt (beyond the statutory 14-day withdrawal right). A free return label will be provided.

Opened, but in perfect condition and in original packaging:
Eligible for return within 14 days of receipt. You may either use a prepaid return label provided by us (the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund), or return the item at your own expense.

Free gifts are excluded from returns and exchanges.

Additional Provisions

  1. If the product is damaged during return shipping to us or parts are missing, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or charge additional fees. Therefore, please include complete photos of the product (including packaging) with your return request to demonstrate that it was in perfect condition prior to shipment.
  2. Any free gifts included with your order must also be returned. Otherwise, a full refund cannot be issued.
  3. Unfortunately, we cannot refund outbound shipping charges, including:
    1. The standard shipping fee for orders under $99 in the United States, CA$99 in Canada, $99 AUD in Australia, €99 EUR in Germany, and £99 GBP in the United Kingdom.
    2. Higher shipping fees (for expedited, express, etc.).

Quality Issues

If your product has a quality issue, contact our customer service directly. We will assist quickly and efficiently. Please note:

  1. Provide clear photos or videos showing the defect. Customer service will review your case and advise on next steps (repair, replacement, or refund).
  2. Products proven to be defective can be returned or replaced free of charge.
  3. Free gifts or products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or handling are not covered.

Refund Options

What are my refund options?

All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment, whether that is your PayPal account or your bank account. The refund will cover the full product price, minus any return shipping costs (if applicable), as outlined in our return policy.

Do we offer price adjustments?

We do not offer price adjustments, particularly not during major holiday sales such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Mid-Annual Sale, etc.

We also do not offer price adjustments compared to Amazon or other platforms.

When will I receive my refund?

For credit card refunds, we will initiate the refund as soon as we receive notification that you have returned the item(s). Most banks process refunds within 3–5 business days.
